Christmas Florals - Mums, Eucalyptus, and Garden Roses

Football mums are my favorite flower, and the white is perfect for the Christmas season. I am also loving eucalyptus for the holidays as well!

I found these gorgeous red garden roses at whole foods and had to have them.

More Blue and White Pumpkins and Owls Display

I finally decided to add my Ballard Designs large blue and white pumpkin (center) into the mix. I thought it was too big before, but I think it looks nicely blended in with everything else rather than off by itself. My mom also found another gourd (left) to add the the collection, and at a steal for $10 at Renniger's Flea Market in Mount Dora, FL

But then I decided to move them into the family room because I moved my fall dining table centerpiece to the spot these pumpkins were at...

Fall and Halloween Centerpieces

I have already changed up the centerpiece display on our dining room table a bunch of times this season! Right now I have it set for Halloween. I love the little ghosts, they are so cute! I had to have the witch too since we have a display of these bearded guys for Christmas as well. I also added in a skull that I got in Mexico City last year during Dia De Muertos  (the blue plate on the top left was also brought back from that trip).

Fall Decorating - Last Year

It's September 1st! My favorite time of the year is now through Christmas. I started decorating the house this morning, but I am still not 100% set on where I have placed everything. I change things up every year but I took a look back at last year for some inspiration. Some of the furniture and decor have changed over the least year too.

Velvet Pumpkin Collection

I got these small pumpkins in the dollar section from Target right before Hurricane Irma hit last year (a year ago next week!) as I was making one last attempt to find a radio for us (no luck!)

We came home from lunch one day and found someone else had some lunch while we were gone - my dogs knocked this over and started to chow down on the pumpkin with the warts

I only like cutesy halloween decor, and these boos won't come out until October

Adding Eucalyptus

I love adding eucalyptus to arrangements, I think it adds some whimsy.

Blue & White Foo Dog

I have been on the look out for the right foo dog (or pair of dogs) for a while now. I knew I wanted a blue and white one, but I haven't been able to find the right one for a good price. Admittedly, I saw this guy a few months ago at the Antique Mall, but I didn't end up getting him. I was very happy to see him still there today and made sure I brought him home this time.

Silver Ice Bucket Vase

Technically this vase is an ice bucket, but I think it works much better as vase (way too small for an ice bucket). It has a wide mouth so I can only use it when I have a lot of flowers or really big blooms like peonies or football mums).

Blue and White Staffordshire Dogs

The red chest just came from my Mother's house because she recently moved an let me have it. It originally was in a house in the Florida Keys that my parents were interested in buying in the 90s. My mom had to have this piece, so they bought the house! On top are my blue and white Staffordshire Dogs from The Enchanted Home, a ceramic artichoke, an antique mini ginger jar, and some classic books. The magnolia wreath is Pier One.
